Although, the actual entity was created in 2003 the history for the company goes to 1999, during the growth of outsourcing business and a move towards sevice oriented architecture. The company took many shapes from 1999 to 2003; Software Outsourcing, HASec Systems, iRobot Toys, Game4Game, and finally RAMS Consulting.
